Went to have my acrylics taken off and gel nails. Rubbish experience I have to say the lady doing my nails was more focused on clock watching and huffing and puffing than doing my nails. The girl was rough and filed that rough and badly she made my fingers bleed before using chemicals on where she had broken the skin around my nails which stung like hell even after I said she had made me bleed! I wanted to get up and walk out but I stuck with it as I didn't want to make a scene. She then asked another girl to take over so she finish for the day, the other girl was not much better when putting the gems on the finish of the top coat was awful and really thick over the gems so it looked terrible. I only went to try them out as my usual lady was on holiday.Overall customer experience on this occasion was very poor.
