A star is to much for this ignorants.Followed their strict returns procedure to the letter no refund for more than a month,email them about refund ,their reply was something to the effect "no postal tracking number no refund" luckily I still had the receipt ,too arrogant to apologize but thats fine ,at least I didn't get ripped off.
I've ordered two things from Outdoor GB recently. Delivery was perhaps not the fastest, but items arrived and were really well priced, so would use again.
Ordered an item from them at the beginning of December for them to email me saying they have no stock and delivery will be 6 weeks.. just gone to check the website and they are still selling the item that they do not even have in stock. Order received 18th Jan have asked to send it back and been told that I have to pay return postage, customer service is shocking.. asked about compensation and told they don't have to offer compensation or have to pay for items to be returned if you want a refund. If you want to exchange anything they are more helpful but as soon as you say refund they can't seem to do anything. And are not helpful at all.
