Really great customer service. Was purchasing a bbq at the time and they were really kind at offering me help carry it to my car and making sure it wasn't too heavy for me and that I could manage it. Fast service too, I had reserved the item and just walked in (No queue) and paid for it, 30 seconds (if that) I was with my bbq.
Good store needs an upgrade as you cant find many electronics in the book as if it had the computer ones you could search to see if they had it or a store nearby has it. You could also be able to order for delivery on it.
Terrible, too complex, not enough information given. Better to shop online with Amazon where you can explore more detail and get customer feedback. Argos will soon be doomed like many other high street retailers. Also many goods not available. Far better to shop from home!!
