Would like to say thank you to kim for all her help with organizing my dads funeral, we did have a few teething problems with the life insurance but co op were very understanding, that was all sorted. All throughout organzing the funeral they were always there to answer any questions and there to help. The day of the funeral went very smoothly So thank you to everyone
Not treated as i feel immediate family should have been, very poor treatment for Ian Jakeman's daughters.Funeral directors very rude when hearse arrived with no coffin !!!!! would have been nice to have known that part of a very emotional day
