A nice facility for a great workout, has quite a few strongman equipment like the log press and yoke also has a good friendly atmosphere. The dumbbells only go up to 40kg which may effect some people but all in all this gym is a really fun environment to get stuck into your workout.
The only gym in Dav 24/7 that goes around my working hours. Finish my work (14.00 to 23.30 ) going to imperial bodies open the door with a simple app, 28 quids a month ,bargain. Great place, lovely staff. Thanks Dee for your effortLeo 1 month member

Can't recommend this gym enough, I'm not massively confident and walking into a gym after not being in one for yrs can be daunting but not here! The child friendly room to keep little to as entertained while you work out is a godsend-the gym has a welcoming feel and advice is always happily given..The whole family have now switched to imperial bodies gym Highly recommended
