A friendly gym with nice people. Mainly for the disabled although all are welcome. You may have to wait for a machine at busy periods but hey there's always something else to do. The staff are all ok. And very helpful. From captain quick.

I would recommend anyone to join as keeping fit is good for your health both physically and mentally.
