I am surprised at the negative reviews below. Having moved to Daventry from Northampton I have found Danetre to be fantastic. I can always get an appointment if needed and the care received from all the doctors and nurses I have seen has been first class. They even offer very early morning appointments for us that work, cant fault it.
The doctors themselves are brilliant... once you eventually get to see & speak to them. Unfortunately, the receptionists that work there are astoundingly rude. There isnt a single nice one that works there. There is no way that all calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes because if they were, maybe someone wouldve picked up on how disgraceful they are and how they speak to people that are in need of help.
If I could give no stars I would. Line constantly engaged. Joke. Can't believe public tax money is wasted on places like this
All doctors appointments where gone in only 8 minutes so now I have to wait another day to see a doctor about my depression and anxiety problems. Absolute joke.
Near on impossible to get appointment. Always difficult to try see a doctor. I honestly hate having to go as I know 1; they don't help majority of the time & 2; I spent most of my day to get basically no help. As u can tell always a joy to visit my health centre.
