What can I say Jenny has been a god send. Without her I wouldnt have found out half the info I needed. She is a credit to the company with her efficiency, politeness, friendliness and the ability to give bad news in a calming way.
Clair was fantastic throughout a very stressful process. From the beginning, she was open, friendly, and personable.
