Only downside was my room wasnt warm. The radiator was cold but pipes were hot.Morning i woke up i was uncomfortable getting ready for work as it was cold Didnt want to make too much of a fuss. But should've asked reception. Room was immaculate and shower very clean.Overall, lovely hotel!!! Love the view and the front entrance. First time been here, was booked the hotel for work.Both morning and night staff very friendly!
Only been here 2 hours went to shower and the bath towel is covered in red lipstick stains finally found tea and coffee facilities hidden in a cupboard no indication what time the restraunt opens for dinner or breakfast had to ask at reception some way from my room. First impression is poor hope it improves im here 4 nights it looks good but not a great welcome

Inexpensive hotel, catering I suppose for mostly corporate events. Decent breakfast and dinner buffets. My room was cold; the radiator barely worked, the duvet was thin, there was no spare blanket. Neither the receptionist not the manager seemed inclined to offer any redress.
Came here as part of Ford training course. The place is excellent. Every staff member I spoke to were very polite and professional. The room was more than adequate. Very spacious and comfortable. The all you can eat breakfast was delicious with plenty on offer, including tea, coffee and juices. Cooked breakfast, fruit, cereals or just toast if you prefer. Fast track check out was great too.
