Really busy when we arrived and we started to get concerened but their number system and loads of staff got everything ready really quickly. Oh, and the food was great!
Visiting Northamptonshire for a family funeral and was asked to get fish and chips for an evening meal and was shocked at the poor quality of the food, the fish was over cooked and very poor quality and full of fat. Although we had not eaten all day we could not eat it and found something else. We expected much better as a relative told us it was good but they were shocked at the quality. 27 waistedDO NOT USE THIS CHIPPY
Good value, and great friendly service. As much as you can ask for from a local chippy! Only downside is relatively early closing times at weekends.
To be honest worst fish and chips Ive ever had. Both the cod and chips were almost drowned in entire oil. Chips were also old, never again!
Staff on the tills are rude. One particular woman and man in question. Currently in the shop right this moment whilst the staff discuss their customers in a rude manor!! Once served the woman continued to speak to her colleague about us in another language. Great customer service and all. Food may be good but the service speaks volume. Dont expect to go to my local chip shop and be spoken about by the staff members. Happy to take our money though
