I've always had great service at this post office. Yes at lunch you can expect to queue a bit, but that's pretty standard, and they are always friendly and efficient when you get to the desk.
Customer Servicer? None... From The Manager At ALL!The manageress needs to go learn some customer service for her business, complete rudeness on my visit, ignoring the customer to focus on talking to her colleague, staff bullying, no politeness at all, i felt like i wasn't wanted in the shop. Not how a customer should feel in a shop or how a business owner should act to a customer who is bringing custom to their business. What a shame for Daventrys Town Centre...
Daventry Post Office, 37 Sheaf St, Daventry is one of the worst post offices in the country. Exceptionally long queues, so be prepared to wait half an hour to get served. I avoid going in here at all cost. They need to double the amount of staff to become more efficient, so many times I've had to wait in the queue out in the street in the rain.
I simply needed to contact the post office to see if my parker pen that I left at the counter had been handed in. No such luck. The number given is automated and does not give you the options to speak to anyone. Waste of time ringing the number, good bye pen! The post office would be closed before I could get back. Sigh...........
