This school is a very bad school they allow bullying drugs going in out of the school spend hours trying to call leaving messages no one get back to you ofstead report is rubbish
We sent our Son & Daughter here ONLY because they had a 3 year Key Stage 4 to prepare for the GCSE exams, despite the bad OFSTED report. Unfortunately we found out just last night at the Parents evening that they are changing back to the old 2 year GCSE Key stage 4. So now my daughter will lose out on the GCSE Exam subjects she will need to get into college, which means she will have to go to both Sixth Form then College then University that will not only take longer but cost us more as well. We were only told by letter last night at what we thought would be the Year 9 Options evening, which is now going to be delayed a year to start later in year 10 rather than next year as originally expected and promised according to their curriculum that we signed up for. We are absolutely disgusted at the lack of notice and basic breech of contract. I can understand that they may change this for NEW admissions, but surely not current pupils who signed up based on the 2Yr KS3 curriculum schedule that is still advertised on their site to date. They havent even updated their website yet to warn new admissions so this is a warning to any would be pupils, if you only want a 2 year KS3 with the 3 year Key Stage 4 GCSE (Y9/Y10 & Y11) preparatory years then you will need to go to a more modern school. Unfortunately both Daventry schools are owned by the same business trust that seems to be reducing it's spending so you may need to go out of the area. We are now changing to an out area school in light of this short notice in Y8. We dont want to be trapped at this school that will be teaching a year behind all the others around the local area, especially if their OFSTED status gets worse than the current state of "needs improvement" and reverts back to "Inadequate" as it was in 2014.

Absolutely appalling school and the staff are so rude. I really regret sending my son here and my other children won't be going here. I wouldn't recommend this school at all.
I worked there on support staff for 14 years and have seen many changes. The staff are dedicated to the Education and wellbeing of the Students.
