I have been a client of Kenwood vets for many years and always experienced helpful and good service for my pets. I took my cat to medivets and was not impressed with how much they were wanting to charge for a tooth extraction I was quoted 371. On top of this the consultation along with pain killer and antibiotic I was charged over 60. I went to another vet who charged me 95.00. Hence I've changed vets.
Since they opened this..the service has improved a lot excellent customer service from the receptionist which is rare to get nowadays in a surgery.

I can do nothing but sing the praises of John and all the staff both in dealing with my very ill 19 year old cat last year and dealing with our sickly kitten this year! All four of our cats have been there over the last 8 years and I am sad we will be moving too far to use them. Reasonably priced, very caring and all round great experience for everything from routine vaccinations through to major surgeries.
