Shocking customer service, seriously avoid
Went into store to buy a couple of new parts for my bike. Matt, the young lad fixing the bikes was very helpful and knows his stuff, told him the make and model of the bike and he knew the exact parts of needed, it's not very often you get someone who does their job and does it that well! Clearly dedicated to what he does, him and the older guy with the bold head are a credit to the store.
Telephoned to check stock of 2 car window guards. When arrived yes they had two but not matching. Staff at the store are always helpful and pleasant. But like all the stores these days they don't carry the stocks any more so if you want something straight away you are properly not going to get it. You may as well order on line and save the cost of the petrol.Sell camping gear but no repair kits if eyelets need replacing why? But like they say we can always order it in for you. Like I say I can always go elsewhere.
I checked the oil in my car and could not get a reading. I immediately went to Halfords in Daventry and spoke to Steve. He checked on the computer which oil I required. He then put the oil into the engine and rechecked the level to check all was ok. He was very helpful and polite. Thank you very much Steve.Denise
