What a difference a year makes!12 month ago the service department seemed a bit disorganised. When I visited this week there was a. Distinctive improvement. Everything seemed more organised. The staff were very friendly, helpful and felt in control the whole time. It felt like a different place, all be it the same building and people. I also especially liked the video of the underside of my car/brakes/suspension that they sent me.
