Went to a SEN day with my little boy - Absolutely Great Idea!!! All of the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming, allowing my little boy to get used to the environment...especially pressing the buttons to move the chair up and down - He LOVED this! Great goody bags with some lovely freebies. Needless to say, he doesn't seem so scared anymore - Thank you!
Went along today for the SEN day with my 2 boys.Staff were friendly and welcoming.Let the boys explore the environment and get used to the chair etc.I now feel confident to book them in for a dental checkup.The boys came home with a goody bag and less fear of the dentist *winner*Highly recommend
I've been with this practice since 2012. When I first moved from my old dentist I had a lot of problems. Within a few visits over a few months and several fillings all of my immediate problems were resolved. The practice is keen to make fixes permanent and after diagnosing me with TMJD had a heavy duty night guard made. Previously I'd chew through these in weeks, but am still on the same one today. I've had a route canal done and no further issues and feel so confident that the problems are behind me. The staff are friendly and well trained, receptionists are helpful and will always get you in quick if needed. I see the hygienist usually twice a year, 50 pounds a go, but well worth it. Dentists are exceptionally skilled and up to date with latest techniques, and their assisting nurses are clearly trained to understand the work that's being done, which I find highly reassuring. This is an honest practice that won't rip you off with excessive prices or poor work. I was a little worried as my usual dentist (Bader) is moving away from the practice. I saw Ramin for my most recent two visits and have been equally impressed. All the work i have had done has been as painless and pleasant as possible. I also like the depth of explanation before and during treatment.Highly recommended for anyone looking for high quality reliable dental work.
In November 17 they did a filling and a month later felt off. I had to go to my origin country Spain where they very well treated me inserted me a dental pin (the right treatment)...Later this month I had a few days ago a swelling with bleeding and the dentist because I was late just 15 minutes he didn't want to give me any medicines as antibiotics for stop this severe dental abscess.I couldn't eat properly, I couldn't nearly sleep and work and talk but he told me that I had to wait until another day with urgent appointment 21 ... And then he would decide.What's this? I just living with this hard pain and they have the solution in their hands but just they let me down and ler me go home with this disease...Please in general England don't take this bad but you have to review seriously your health system the people may go to worst and we just have ONE 1 life.Many thanks
