As far as dentist vists go, this is about as good as it gets. The surgery itself is really clean and modern and the staff are helpful and friendly. My dentist was very attentive and really took the time to go through every step of the process and keep me involved in what he was doing, even though it was just a routine check up. Would absolutely recommend!
I had purposely delayed registering with a dental practice since moving to the area, as I'm a very nervous patient. Right from the beginning the receptionists put me at ease with their friendly approach. I wasn't waiting around, as they were perfectly on time so I didn't have to sit waiting anxiously. Excellent service. Reception desk is friendly and welcoming, efficiently completing documentation and then processing payment after the consultation. Dentist and Dental assistant were also friendly and welcoming, offering reassurance about the examination process and treatment.
