It's got a 1 as you can't put NO star rating been wait 45 minutes now and not got the 2 pictures yet shame we have payed for them.Unhelpful not willing to help and unable to fix a small problem when the printers go down.Safe bet is to buy a Bluetooth printer it's going to be faster

Printed over 100 photos here for a Xmas present, machines are a little slow and clunky and a few pictures have a tiny white strip down the side from where the ribbon was cut but overall very happy with the results. The service I received was exceptional and very helpful on a very busy day!
