Booked to view a property for sale. I attended at the agreed time but the estate agent never showed. I called them, but because they was closed I could not speak to anyone. I left a voicemail and asked them to call me when they were next open but they didn't. Non existent communication for a prospective buyer. It's a wonder they actually sell any properties.
I have been with Chelton Brown in the last 5 years. They were always helpful and well mannered. It is never black or white so do not expect some fairy tale as they have to consider your and also the landlord's interest. They were fair all times. I would like to highlight Nadine and Therese, they work a lot and deal with a great amount of duties but they perform very professionally. Thank you Nadine and Therese! It was a pleasure to deal with Edward as well. Many issues people associate with Agents is coming from the landlord but we tend to blame the messengers. I had only one negative experience a mail from Donna what i found "demanding". Overall i would choose Chelton Brown again and i think they are providing a great letting service.
I had an excellent experience when selling my house through Chelton Brown. In particular Edward was extremely helpful and kept me updated through the whole process. I would definitely look to use them again in the future.!
Time wasters, poor communication and ridiculous fees. I was desperate to move into a flat but heard nothing regarding the progress of the application after I had agreed I would take the flat. Chased them for a whole 2 weeks only for them to tell me that the property was let to somebody else after continuously being told bogus stories.
Chelton Brown are a great estate agents with helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and use again! :)
