I have just sold a house through Campbells and found the whole process from beginning to end friendly, efficient and effortless. Apart from their wonderful philanthropic work in Nepal, which did influence me slightly in my choice of estate agents, Stan was the star of my sale and my primary point of contact. He went out of his way to help me in more than just selling the house. I needed to re-home some conservatory plants from the house and he was kind enough to find a friend who was keen to look after some of them. He always kept me fully informed as to the progress of the house sale as did the rest of the team I dealt with. After my first buyer pulled out suddenly due to mortgage problems, shortly before exchange, Stan and the team were quickly on the case to find a new buyer, without any fuss. There was always detailed feedback after each viewing and the general attitude was always up beat and enthusiastic. This wasn't an easy house to sell being only a one bedroom cottage - in a lovely location but without street access, but Stan and the team found just the right person for the house. I can't find a single negative thing to say about Campbells and would like to say a huge thank you for all their hard work on my behalf. They are true stars!

I often go into Campbells let properties as a contractor and from what I've seen and from my own dealings with Campbells they are an outstanding agent, the properties are excellent, the tenants I've met are very happy with them and as a contractor I always get great friendly cooperation and paid promptly, the properties Campbells manage are kept to an excellent standard and any issues are swiftly and professionally dealt with. If you're considering an estate agent for lets or sales this is the one for you, excellent all round.
We have just bought our house through campbells, very friendly service and came across as if they wanted the best for you. Unlike friends experiences of other estate agents. Mark was dealing with our purchase and he was fantastic to deal with as he has been in a similar situation as us. We are now getting ready to let our house and they are fantastic as we want to get work done to the house before we let. Currently being sorted by Carla on the letting team and she is very friendly and approachable. The only slight issue I have had is in regards to detail with emails. I have just got an email to leave a review and the font was in different sizes. We have had slight issues over emails, but it never effected the great work this team do for their customer.
